Eagle Eye – Tarja tribute is a band from Olomouc, which was officially formed in the summer of 2018. Musically, however, we have known each other for much longer and that’s maybe why the band works so well. As the name suggests, the Eagle Eye project is based on the work of ice queen Tarja Turunen. In our repertoire you will find the biggest hits from Tarja’s solo career. However, at our concerts we often play acoustic versions of some of the songs from this Finnish metal diva and the setlist never misses the hits of the legendary band Nightwish, with whom Tarja started her career many years ago. We are constantly working on new songs and regularly adding to the repertoire so that our concerts allow our fans to experience the entirety of Tarja’s art. Thanks to that you can look forward to hear the songs from Tarja’s latest solo rock album “In The Raw”.
It is important to mention that we never wanted to be just another tribute band. We do what we do with the passion for music and we want to be the best. Our goal is definitely not to simply benefit from Tarja’s fame. That is why we are constantly working hard in the rehearsal room as well as in the studio, so that we can give the best performance on stage and bring you a great musical experience.
We play all of the songs in their original keys and the singer sings everything in identical positions to the last note, just like Tarja.
